Starbucks in Oklahoma

"I have loved Starbucks since I visited the first ever location in Seattle Washington. This location has it rough due to being the only one around for 60 miles so they're always busy but most of them are doing their best. The manager is very nice and accommodating and there's a girl with a long blonde ponytail who should be bumped up to assistant manager because she always makes the drinks correctly(matcha tea-shaken) and even under pressure shows composure to upset customers and quickly gets to work on making them happy."

"My first cinnamon nitro blend with cold foam, it was lovely and now my favorite drink. It was perfect not bitter but not too sweet. Thanks Starbucks"

"I will say their service has gotten better within the last few months. They used to often get my order wrong but it hasn't happened recently. We always order on the app and pick up in the drive-thru. They tend to take a while but that is to be understood because it is not a fast food place unlike how other people try to treat it. If you are in a rush I wouldn't stop here if you don't have 15 minutes to spare. If any issues occur in the order they are always nice and willing to help. No one in my family likes ice due to having very sensitive teeth which we have to drink everything room temperature."

"I see and hear people complaining about this particular Starbucks due to wait time but what no one is acknowledging is that it is the only one in this town go try it sit there for an hour and watch how many customers are actually served. I for one think the staff there does their absolute best to keep up with the flow of customers I mean come on people do you really expect your drink right now when the person making it has 42 drinks to make before they can make yours. I'm there almost every morning and will continue to go there and enjoy my espresso without getting upset that everyone around me 's world doesn't revolve around me and every little thing I want."

"We are visiting from Frisco Texas and it's an absolute joy coming into this Enid location. Everybody is so friendly and makes you feel welcomed. Courtney is absolutely amazing and is the epitome of what customer service is all about. You can tell she loves her job. My drink of choice is a flat white with an extra shot. Everybody seems to make them a little different but Gage is the best flat white maker ever!! If you're passing by, stop in and visit these wonderful people. What a great way to start your morning, great coffee and great people."

"I love this store, everyone is usually pretty nice and it's always clean. My only issue is that 50% of the time, they always make my order with regular espresso, when I specifically ask for blonde. They're always happy to remake it, but I wish I didn't have to ask in the first place."
